Signs of Stress

Maybe you do not realize you are burning the candle at both ends until the dream comes you miss your bus or your house is on fire, two of the five dreams of the most common stress, according to Loewenberg. However, these dreams can help you identify exactly what you stress - and can help you work through why you feel this way, reports of fitness magazines. Second symptom is muscle tension. Stress pushes us to our tense muscles and can even trigger muscle spasms, leaving us in some serious pain, Woman's Day reported. It's funny eye contraction can also be a sign of stress. Although there is no evidence to prove exactly difficult, many people who complain of contraction also say they are tired or stressed. Your teeth can also tell you that you are stressed. A number of people grind their teeth in their sleep - or "ruminate stressors of the day," Debbie Mandel, author of Addicted to Stress: A Woman 7-Step Program for reimbursement of the joy and spontaneity in life said facility. For women, changes in your menstrual cycle can be another sign of stress. Women may experience periods late or missed because of stress. Some may even meet a condition known as secondary amenorrhea, when the cycle seems to stop completely, according to daily health. Other women may find their stress periods continue on a regular basis - but feel worse. Stress can cause cramps twice as painful as fitness. Lose hair or go gray could be another sign. We're more likely to lose hair when you're stressed, HuffPost Style reported. However, if you are already genetically predisposed to gray, traumatic events and periods of intense stress could accelerate the process. The Mayo Clinic explains that stress can cause white blood cells attack the hair follicle and stop growth, and it can also make the hair follicles in a "resting phase", so hair falls out during washing or combing. Others feel stressed or anxious when trichotillomania, which gives them an irresistible urge to pull out hair on the scalp or other areas such as eyebrows and eyelashes. Stress can also cause more severe reactions, such as irritable bowel syndrome or IBS. Although the link between stress and gastrointestinal problems is not fully understood, it appears to be more sensitive intestines and larger contracts, according to the ADAM Medical Encyclopedia. Stress also reduces our immune system, leaving us at risk for frequent colds. One study found that people who reported high levels of stress were twice more likely to catch a cold. The stress hormone cortisol seems to decrease the volume of the inflammatory response of the body, Health.com reported, to "free energy" to fight whatever threat that causes stress. "Stressed people immune cells become less sensitive to cortisol," Sheldon Cohen, Ph.D., study author and professor of psychology at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, told Health.com. "They are unable to regulate the inflammatory response, and therefore, when they are exposed to a virus, they are more likely to develop a cold," he said.

Taj Mahal

"Taj Mahal" is called the symbol of love.

The basic structure is essentially a large multichannel cube with chamfered corners, forming an octagon uneven which is about 55 meters (180 feet) on each of the four sides. On each of these sides, a huge pishtaq or vaulted archway, frames the iwan with two similarly shaped, arched balconies stacked on either side. This pattern is replicated pishtaqs stacking corners beveled, making the design completely symmetrical on all sides of the building. Four minarets frame the tomb, one at each corner of the plinth chamfered corners. The main room houses the false sarcophagi of Mumtaz Mahal and Shah Jahan, the actual graves are at a lower level.

Seen from the East

The marble dome that surmounts the tomb is the most spectacular feature. Height of about 35 meters (115 feet) is about the same as the length of the base, and is accentuated as it sits on a cylinder "drum" which is roughly 7 meters (23 feet) high. Because of its shape, the dome is often called an onion dome or Amrud (guava dome). The top is decorated with a lotus, which also serves to accentuate its height. The shape of the dome is emphasized by four smaller domes chattris (kiosks) placed at its corners, which replicate the onion shape of the main dome. Their bases open columns through the roof of the grave and supplying light to the interior. High decorative arrows (guldastas) extend from the edges of the base walls and provide visual emphasis on the dome height. The lotus motif is repeated on both chattris and guldastas. The dome and chattris are topped with a golden finial, which mixes traditional Persian and Hindustani decorative elements.
